Serving and following Jesus.
The vision of missions at Lookout is to lift up missions and missional living within the church body. We define missional living as “to be instinctively “others” oriented, to represent Jesus in ways that are life giving to the world around us – our family, friends, co-workers, and neighbors who are outside of the community of faith. “We love because He first loved us” (1 John 4:19).
We call the whole church to be a part of God’s heart for others. Specifically the Missions Team tries to live this out and encourage it within the body. They meet once a month for fellowship, to pray for mission partners, and to encourage missional living at Lookout. If you are interested in missions, short-term missions, or the missions team, please contact Jeff Warner at jcwarnerbosnia2@yahoo.com.
