On March 6, just 16 days after the beginning of construction, our sister church hired a crew to
pour the second floor ceiling. With cement bags, sand, and gravel at the ready, the crew mixed
the cement in the mixer, poured the cement into an “elevator,” dumped it into wheelbarrows
on the roof, and spread it out, making a “plate” about3 or 4 inches thick.
